Jenn's Macaroni Salad
1 cup mayonaise (I used Hellmans)
1 tablespoon vinagar (I used redwine vinagar)
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspooon pepper
1/2 lb macaroni, cooked & drained
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion (I used sweet onion)
1. Combine dressing ingrediants.
2. Stir in remaining ingrediants
3. Cover & chill
Make this 1 day ahead of time....This tastes 100% better the next day when the sauce has thickend.
